Compensation Structure

• Base pay with increases depending on performance
• Commission available on top of base pay
• Client referral goal bonus
• $15 - $18 per hour Commission

We are seeking a highly motivated and sales-driven individual to join our team as a Fitness Sales Representative. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a performance-based environment and is passionate about exceeding sales targets while providing exceptional customer service. In this position, you will be responsible for actively generating leads, driving sales growth, and building strong customer relationships to contribute to the success of the team and the business as a whole.

Key Responsibilities:

• Achieve Sales Targets: Meet and exceed individual sales goals through proactive selling, upselling, and cross-selling techniques.
• Customer Engagement: Actively engage with customers, identify their needs, and offer tailored solutions to increase sales opportunities.
• Lead Generation: Prospect and identify potential customers through various channels, including in-store interactions, phone calls, and digital platforms (if applicable).
• Product Knowledge: Maintain an in-depth understanding of the service offered, ensuring you can provide accurate and persuasive recommendations to customers.
• Build Relationships: Develop and maintain strong relationships with members, fostering brand loyalty and repeat business.
• Close Sales: Effectively close sales by addressing customer objections, negotiating terms, and ensuring a smooth transaction process.
• Sales Presentations: Deliver compelling service presentations and demonstrations to highlight key features and benefits.
• Monitor Sales Performance: Track and report on individual sales performance, analyzing metrics to identify areas for improvement and achieving goals.
• Follow-Up: Follow up with members post-purchase to ensure satisfaction, encourage feedback, and generate repeat business.
• Promotions and Campaigns: Actively promote in-store or online sales campaigns, discounts, and special offers to maximize sales during key promotional periods.
• Team Collaboration: Collaborate with other team members and management to share sales strategies, insights, and best practices.

Qualifications:

• Experience: 1-3 years of sales or retail experience preferred; however, a passion for sales and a results-oriented mindset can compensate for a lack of experience.
• Sales Focused: Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets, with a proven track record of driving revenue.
• Strong Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and negotiate effectively with customers.
