As the General Manager, your primary responsibility is to drive membership sales.Provide excellent customer service by greeting everyone who comes through the door with a smile, scheduling all appointments, answering the phone, and addressing any member concerns.Lead and coach your team by holding them accountable for daily operations and monthly goals.Promote and maintain a positive studio culture through your commitment to outstanding client experience and staff development.Qualifications
