Sales & Client Engagement :
Drive membership sales by managing lead follow-ups and conversion strategies.Optimize sales processes to improve client retention and increase revenue.Track and report key performance metrics (KPIs) to monitor studio performance.Engage with clients in person, over the phone, and via follow-ups to enhance retention and satisfaction.Collaborate with marketing teams to ensure promotional content is executed effectively.Studio Operations & Leadership :
Support and coach Sales Associates, ensuring they meet performance expectations.Hold team members accountable for executing daily operational tasks and achieving monthly goals.Ensure high-quality customer service by greeting all visitors, scheduling appointments, and addressing concerns professionally.Assist with daily studio operations, including cleanliness checks, inventory management, and compliance with company protocols.Team Development & Training :
Set the standard for sales excellence and lead by example in performance and professionalism.Provide regular coaching and training to improve sales associate skills.Conduct one-on-one meetings to align individual and team goals with studio objectives.Qualifications & Skills :
