- Team Management: Lead and manage the teams at three Stretch Zone locations,

- Customer Service: Ensure the delivery of exceptional customer service across all

- Sales and Financial Performance: Drive top-line sales and manage budgets

- Event Coordination: Plan and execute three events per studio per month, working

- Training and Onboarding: Develop and implement training programs for new hires.
