Compensation Structure
- Automatic hourly pay increase after training is completed
- Hourly pay increase after successfully completing training
- Compensation consists of hourly base pay plus completed stretch session
- Compensation range is $15.00 to $22.00 per hour plus monthly bonus if financial studio goal is achieved
- Casual dress code, Stretch Zone shirt (provided)
- Comprehensive training

- Flexible hours required per week (15 to 30 hours per week)
