Our business consists of two open studios in the NE Seattle area - StretchLab Bothell (est. Oct 2023) and StretchLab Lynnwood (est. Oct 2024), both of which are profitable and among the top revenue-generating studios in the country. We also own a license to develop a third studio in the Mill Creek/Everett area.Our mission is simple: To empower and transform lives by providing the highest quality assisted stretching services.We are looking to hire a Sales Associate at StretchLab Bothell. This role is an incredible opportunity to meaningfully contribute to the growth of a thriving studio that operates within a fast-moving and exciting area in the health and wellness space - professional assisted stretching.The role of the Sales Associate (SA) is to generate revenue for the studio while representing StretchLab and our business in the best possible light with members/clients, prospects, business & corporate partners, community organizations, etc. You will be responsible for driving new sales (membership/individual service/retail) and contributing to marketing, member experience and studio operations initiatives.Your success in this role will be defined by:
- Generating consistent revenue from your sales efforts ($50k /year)
- Exceeding individual sales goals (member conversion, leads, first visits)
- Improving member experience, measured by member retention and satisfaction metrics
This position is a membership sales-heavy role. You will need to educate and persuade prospects to try and commit to a new modality (assisted stretching) that most have never tried or don’t know much about. The role demands that you are comfortable with and can successfully execute phone calls to leads - it is traditional but the most effective way to drive results in this business. You will be expected to work within a lean organization to consistently deliver excellent results. You will be asked to take initiative and to apply creativity to solve problems.The opportunities presented by this position are huge. You will play a critical role in the success of an established wellness studio with plenty of room to grow.
