Sales Associate/Membership Advisor:
The main purpose of the Sales Associate/Membership Advisor position is to drive new membership sales, build rapport and connection with clients, handle various client matters, and ensure the daily operations are running in a smooth and efficient manner. Client retention is a huge component. Health & fitness knowledge or background is a plus. 20-30 hours per week plus tons of growth potential.

REQUIREMENTS:
**Communication Skills:** Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential for effectively conveying service benefits, negotiating deals, and building rapport with clients.
**Interpersonal Skills:** interacting with a variety of people, so the ability to connect with others, understand their needs, and build relationships is crucial.
**Negotiation Skills:** Being able to negotiate terms, close deals, and overcome objections is vital in sales role to ensure successful transactions and customer satisfaction.
**Time Management:** strong time management and organizational skills are crucial for maximizing productivity and efficiency.
- 1 year experience in sales position where utilizing skills listed above are required.
- Excellent sales, communication, negotiation, and customer service skills
- Goal-oriented with an ability to sell memberships
- Must be fluent in English and have excellent communication skills via in person, phone and email
- Must be able to work under pressure and multi-tasking ability
- Desire to constantly learn and trust the process is a MUST
- Must be a great listener
- At least (1) day of weekend availability

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Conduct the membership sales process including lead generation, follow up, and converting of clients
- Make outbound calls to prospects
- Book and confirm appointments
- Enter detailed notes on each client
- Follow the GM's lead on short and long term strategy & goals
- Manage the front desk to greet and check-in clients with a big smile when they enter the studio
- Continued education on our proprietary StretchLab digital platform to become an expert in the benefits of stretching and explaining those benefits to clients
- Build genuine rapport & create a connection with clients, showing empathy and understanding
- Tasks such as reviewing the daily plan for each client, making new client introductions, restocking inventory, cleaning, choosing today's music playlists, and more
- Achieve monthly sales quota, and follow-up with leads and missed intro classes
- Participate in special events (health fairs, grand openings, marathons, and community and hospital events) to promote the club
- Ensure studio is clean, sanitized, and tidy at all times
- Other duties as assigned -- candidates must be adaptable and always ready to progress as our strategies evolve
