A successful Sales Representative will drive new membership sales by booking first visits and supporting membership and retail sales.
The Sales Representative also assists with retaining current members. Fitness knowledge or background is preferred but not required.
- Drive the sales process of lead generation, follow up, and close.
- Grow StretchLab memberships, retain current clientele and upsell with retail / recovery products.
- Manage the front desk to greet and check-in clients and prospects when they enter the studio.
- Provide excellent customer service to clients
- Support Studio Leadership with operation of the studio including cleaning, reordering stock, and social media management.
- Other duties, as assigned
Qualifications :
- Goal-oriented with an ability to achieve sales in memberships for one-on-one assisted stretch and retail.
- Become proficient at Club Ready software to troubleshoot client accounts. inquiries, and identify sales opportunities.
- Strong background in membership and retail sales.
- Fantastic communication skills
- Exudes empathy and kindness
- Must have a professional work ethic, be reliable, and adhere to our attendance policies.
- Ability to stand or sit for up to 8 hours throughout the workday.
- Must be available to work 10-15 hours per week consisting of primarily Monday and Tuesday evenings (approx. 4-8 pm) and ability to cover some Saturday mornings.
