What are the responsibilities and job description for the General Manager position at StretchLab Carmel?
StretchLab Carmel is currently seeking a high energy, passion filled and sales motivated individual that is fitness minded and has a love for community and our brand! The primary purpose of the General Manager is to drive new membership sales and retain current members. The General Manager will help train and coach other sales associates.
This position will start as a part-time position training and working alongside the current Manager, with the ability to move to full-time with increased responsibility and compensation in Spring 2025, depending on performance, culture fit, leadership ability, and achievement of goals. Fitness knowledge or background is preferred but not required.

REQUIREMENTS:

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Lead the sales team with the sales process of lead generation, follow up, and close, working approximately 30 hours/week
- Be proficient in prospecting through lead management system via calling, texting, and emailing
- Achievement of personal and team sales objectives
- Comfortable working independently and unsupervised at times
- Book and confirm stretches
- Manage the front desk to greet and check-in clients and prospects when they enter the studio
- Emphasize and enforce objectives of the studio as a health & wellness provider
- Present available services to current or prospective members
- Book quality appointments to achieve monthly sales quota and follow-up with leads and missed intro stretches
- Work collaboratively with Sales Associates and Flexologists
- Help coach and train sales associates
- Participate in special events (health fairs, grand openings, marathons, and community events) to promote the studio
- Ensure studio is clean and tidy
- Other duties as assigned
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $18.00 - $21.00 per hour
Expected hours: 25 – 35 per week
