StretchLab Columbus is now HIRING for the position of Studio Sales/Operations Associate

POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES
- Convert company provided leads to purchase an introductory stretch. Following their stretch, the goal is to sell them a membership.
- Membership sales and member retention
- Ensures the studio’s members are having a great experience and maximizing all a membership has to offer.
- Communication with members and prospects by methods such as live calls, text and email.
- Working inside the studio at the front desk while General Manager is not present.
- Ability to be flexible and can work at multiple studios in the Columbus market.
- Prior working experience in the fitness industry is a plus, but not required.
REQUIREMENTS
- Excellent sales, communication, and customer service skills required.
- Goal-oriented with an ability to achieve sales in memberships and retail.
- Ability to learn and use the CRM and POS software system.
- Ability to stand or sit for up to 8 hours throughout the workday.
- Must be fluent in English and have excellent communication skills via in person, phone and email.
- Must be able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Must have proficient computer skills.
- Daily and/or occasional travel may be required.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assist the General Manager with the sales process of lead generation, follow up, and close.
- Book and confirm intro stretch.
- Manage the front desk to greet and check-in clients and prospects when they enter the studio.
- Conduct tours of the facility, establishing relationships while targeting individual’s needs.
- Maintain acceptable level of personal sales production.
- Emphasize and enforce objectives of Stretchlab Columbus.
- Present available services to current or prospective members.
- Book quality appointments to achieve monthly sales quota and follow-up with leads and missed
- intro classes.
- Participate in special events (health fairs, grand openings, marathons, community and hospital)
- to promote the club.
- Ensure the studio is clean and tidy.
- Other duties as assigned.
