About the Role:
- 80–90% focused on sales, lead generation, and closing memberships
- 10–20% focused on studio operations and team leadership
- Network, prospect, and position StretchLab as the premier destination for stretching and recovery
- Train, motivate, and lead a small team of sales reps and flexologists
- Manage studio CRM (ClubReady), inventory, marketing activities, and KPIs
- Have 2 years of proven sales experience (fitness or membership sales preferred)
- Love networking, prospecting, and building client relationships
- Are passionate about fitness, health, and helping others
- Thrive in fast-paced, dynamic environments
- Can work independently and lead a team to hit sales goals
