💼What You’ll Do as a Sales Associate:

• As a key member of our team, you’ll play a vital role in growing our studio and delivering outstanding client experiences. Your responsibilities include:
• Engaging with potential clients to promote StretchLab’s services and schedule introductory sessions
• Conducting studio tours to build connections and understand clients’ individual needs
• Managing front desk operations, including greeting and checking in clients
• Following up with leads and maintaining a strong personal sales pipeline
• Participating in local community events to increase awareness and attract new members
• Ensuring the studio is clean, organized, and welcoming for all clients
• Collaborating with the team to create a positive, motivating studio atmosphere
  
  

✨ What We’re Looking For:

We’re searching for friendly, driven candidates who excel at customer service and sales:

• Exceptional communication skills and a talent for building relationships
• Goal-oriented mindset, with a proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets
• Organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Experience in fitness, wellness, or retail sales is a plus, but not required
• A genuine passion for health, wellness, and helping others
• Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends

• Competitive hourly pay: $18–$20/hour plus commission on membership sales
