💼 Position: Sales Associate

As a Sales Associate, you’ll be the face of our studio, driving membership sales and delivering top-notch customer service. If you thrive in a fast-paced, wellness-focused environment and love helping people reach their fitness goals, we’d love to hear from you!

🔍 Responsibilities:

• Engage with potential clients to promote StretchLab’s services and book introductory sessions
• Conduct studio tours, building rapport and identifying clients’ individual needs
• Manage the front desk, including greeting and checking in clients
• Follow up with leads and maintain a strong personal sales pipeline
• Participate in local community events to raise awareness about StretchLab
• Ensure the studio remains clean, organized, and inviting
• Collaborate with the team to maintain a positive and motivational atmosphere
  
  

✨ Qualifications:

• Excellent communication, customer service, and sales skills
• Goal-oriented with a proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets
• Comfortable learning and using studio management software (training provided)
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• A genuine passion for fitness, wellness, and helping others
• Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
