StretchLab is seeking Fitness Professionals, Physical Therapists, Physical Therapy Aids, Massage Therapists, Rehab Aides, Corrective Exercise Specialists & Graduates in Kinesiology, Exercise Science to join our growing team of Stretch Trainers at our three locations, Park Ridge, Glenview and Deer Park.
Assisted Stretching is the fastest growing Health / Wellness concept in the country! If you do any type of bodywork; Personal Trainer, Massage Therapist or are degreed in the Health Sciences, then you need to join our studio and get certified in Stretching & Flexibility. Our Team is looking for motivated individuals who can commit 20 hours per week including Saturday. This is an hourly position with base plus bonus. LOOKING FOR MORNINGS 8-2pm, EVENINGS, SATURDAY 903! This is a perfect job to gain valuable hands-on experience while working one on one with a variety of clientele from young athletes to seniors and everyone in between.
StretchLab prides itself on having the finest team of stretching professionals. Our advanced "Flexologists" instructors receive extensive training, both classroom & hands-on, Flexologist Training Program (FTP), ensuring that our clients receive a world class stretching experience. This is the only nationally accredited stretching brand and our training is paid by ownership. Monthly workshops are held at our Park Ridge Studio and fill quickly, limited to 12 people. Our Flexologists work part-time to full-time, approx. 20 hours a week in a very flexible & enjoyable environment. It pays an hourly rate based on experience in addition to bonuses for stretching each client and cash tips.

- Deliver one-on-one assisted stretch sessions
- Educate clients on stretching techniques & mobility
- Create customized stretching experience for clients
- Help create a unique StretchLab Experience to build Memberships & Retention
- Ensure client safety thru proper stretch techniques & enforce StretchLab Polices & Safety Regulations
- Attend monthly staff meetings, training sessions, webinars & continuing education
- Handle member concerns when applicable
- Attend offsite pop-up events thru out the community
- Help clean & maintain the studio environment & equipment
- Health or Fitness experience is required or Degrees in Kinesiology / Exercise Science
- Anatomy knowledge required
- Must have professional work ethic, be reliable and adhere to our strict punctuality policies

- Fantastic communication skills & exude empathy and compassion
