Job Summary :

The StretchLab Studio Supervisor is a key role responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the studio and driving sales to meet and exceed set targets. This individual will lead a team of sales associates and be responsible for maintaining a positive and productive work environment while providing exceptional customer service to clients. As a studio supervisor, you will also be responsible for generating leads and building relationships with potential and existing clients. This is a part-time role that also offers commission, located in the San Fernando Valley.

Compensation & Benefits :

The compensation for this role is $25 per hour, paid biweekly. In addition to the base salary, this role offers a commission structure for meeting or exceeding sales goals.

Responsibilities :

Oversee the daily operations of the studio, including scheduling, staffing, and inventory management.
Lead a team of sales associates, providing support, training, and guidance to achieve sales targets.
Generate leads and build relationships with potential and existing clients to drive sales.
Utilize effective sales techniques and strategies to convert leads into clients.
Maintain a positive and welcoming atmosphere for clients and staff.
Collaborate with franchise owner to develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to promote the studio.
Manage customer inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
Ensure the studio is maintained in a clean and organized manner.
Monitor and track studio metrics and provide regular reports to franchise owner.
Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competition in the local market.

Requirements :

High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field preferred.

Previous sales experience in a fitness or wellness industry preferred.

Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong leadership and team-building abilities.

Strong organizational and time-management skills.

Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends.

Must be able to lift up to 25lbs and stand for extended periods of time.
