YOUR ROLE AS OUR LEAD FLEXOLOGIST:
Each day, you're not just guiding clients through customized stretching sessions-you're shaping the experience at StretchLab Huntsville. As our Lead Flexologist, you spend your time onboarding and mentoring new flexologists, attending pop-up events, and ensuring that every member receives the best service. With a focus on studio operations, you maintain quality control, lead monthly meetings, and be the go-to person for both your team and members. You are the heart of a supportive, wellness-driven environment, ensuring that clients and staff alike are thriving.
TO JOIN OUR TEAM, YOU WILL NEED:
- Experience managing a team or leading others
- Certification in yoga, kinesiology, massage therapy, personal training, physical therapy assistance, or similar
- Valid state license or certification in a related fitness field
- Passion for health, wellness, and helping others achieve their best
- Bachelor's degree in a health and wellness-related subject (preferred)
