What are the responsibilities and job description for the Front Desk/Customer Service /Sales Associate position at StretchLab Medina?
StretchLab Medina is currently seeking high energy, professional, customer-service focused individuals with retail sales experience.
POSITION:
This position will provide exceptional customer service to all studio visitors, will complete daily lead tasks via phone, text, and email outreach, process membership and retail sales, and bring new members to the studio by booking them into an intro stretch. Fitness knowledge or background is preferred but not required.
REQUIREMENTS:
- EXCELLENT customer service skills and an outgoing personality REQUIRED
- Ability to learn and use a CRM software system
- Ability to stand or sit for up to 5 hours throughout the workday
- Must be fluent in English and have excellent communication skills via phone, in-person, text messaging, and email
- Must be able to work in a team environment and complete daily assigned tasks
- Must have proficient computer skills
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Assist with the sales process of lead generation, follow up, and close
- Comfortable with prospecting through lead management and grassroots marketing via calling, texting, emailing, and in-person appointments
- Comfortable working independently and unsupervised at times
- Book and confirm stretch sessions
- Manage the front desk by greeting and checking in clients and prospects when they enter the studio
- Conduct tours of the facility while establishing a relationship and identifying individual’s needs
- Emphasize and enforce objectives of the club as a fitness and wellness provider
- Present available services to current or prospective members
- Book appointments and follow-up with leads and missed intro sessions
- Participate in special events (health fairs, grand openings, fitness events, community, and hospital events) to promote the studio, as needed
- Ensure studio is clean and tidy
- Other duties as assigned
