Position: Presales Specialist
What You’ll Do:
- Handle lead management, conduct timely follow-ups, and guide prospects through the sales journey to close deals.
- Make a minimum of 100 phone calls per week, along with follow-up texts and emails.
- Build relationships with prospects by identifying their needs and tailoring communication through calls, texts, and emails.
- Meet or exceed sales production goals.
- Present available packages and services to potential members.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor.
What We’re Looking For:
- Qualifications: Experience with red light therapy and vibration plate technology (training provided if needed). Knowledge or experience with virtual fitness platforms is a plus.
- Experience: Previous experience selling in the wellness or fitness industry is a plus.
- Skills: Strong communication skills, a genuine passion for helping others, and the ability to motivate and inspire clients.
- Motivated & Driven: Self- starter who is goal-oriented, consistently strives to exceed sales targets, and is always looking for ways to surpass expectations.
