Job Details :

Part-time role (15-30 hours a week) in an enjoyable studio environment and some occasional outdoor events.

Competitive hourly rate, based on experience $28-32 an hour, plus gratuities.

Fully Paid Nationally Accredited Training and Certification (60 hours).

Growth opportunities : Lead Flexologist or Master Flexologist.

Staff outings and public events.

Skills sharing with your team members, including stretches with each other.

Responsibilities :

• Managing client care by delivering a best-in-class stretching experience, updating client notes consistently, and booking the client's weekly recurring appointments.
• Ensure the safety of clients regarding proper stretch techniques and enforce StretchLab policies and safety rules. Encourage and motivate clients throughout stretch sessions.
• Build StretchLab membership and retain current clientele through personal interaction and outreach.
• Attend staff meetings and required educational presentations.
• Assist Sales Associates and General Manager with sales by delivering best-in-class knowledge in each session and tracking members' goals.
• Participate in social media content to deliver a local and honest representation of our service, e.g., participate in making "Reels".
• Clean and maintain all equipment to ensure it is available for client use at any given time.
