Responsibilities
- Conduct one-on-one assisted stretch sessions, customizing each session to meet the individual needs of clients.
- Educate clients on the benefits of stretching and provide guidance on proper techniques.
- Assess clients’ mobility and provide recommendations for improving flexibility and overall wellness.
- Foster a positive and welcoming atmosphere that encourages clients to achieve their movement goals.
- Maintain a clean and organized studio environment.
- Collaborate with team members to enhance the overall client experience and promote membership retention.
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities.
- Passion for fitness, wellness, and helping others achieve their goals.
- Previous experience in a fitness, health, or wellness environment preferred.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to connect with clients.
- Ability to adapt to different client needs and fitness levels.
- Professional demeanor, punctuality, and reliability.
- Certification in personal training, physical therapy, massage therapy, or related fields is a plus but not required.
- Competitive pay range of $24 - $30 per hour plus tips.
