Position: Sales Associate

Responsibilities
- Engage with potential clients to promote StretchLab’s services and book introductory sessions.
- Conduct studio tours, building rapport and identifying clients’ individual needs.
- Manage the front desk, including greeting and checking in clients.
- Follow up with leads and maintain a strong personal sales pipeline.
- Participate in local community events to raise awareness about StretchLab.
- Ensure the studio remains clean, organized, and inviting.
- Collaborate with the team to maintain a positive and motivational atmosphere.
- Excellent communication, customer service, and sales skills.
- Goal-oriented with a proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Comfortable learning and using studio management software (training provided).
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- A genuine passion for fitness, wellness, and helping others.
- Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
- Competitive hourly pay ($18–$20/hour) plus commission on membership sales.
