Key Responsibilities
- Own membership sales—set, track, and exceed weekly goals
- Schedule, coordinate, and attend local pop-up events to generate leads
- Lead with enthusiasm and professionalism at all events and in-studio appointments
- Support and coach front desk and flexologist team members on how to confidently talk about memberships
- Follow up with leads quickly and effectively (calls, texts, emails)
- Create a welcoming environment that builds trust and drives conversions
- Maintain a high level of energy and accountability in everything you do
- A people person with strong communication skills
- A person with a background in sales
- Comfortable on the phone, in person, and in front of a group
- Outgoing, self-motivated, and goal-driven
- Passionate about health and wellness
- Looking for fast upward mobility as we grow our Tyler studio
- Fitness, wellness, or boutique studio experience
- Background in community outreach or event planning
- Experience with membership sales or CRM systems
