About the Role :
As an Area Manager , you will play a pivotal role in ensuring operational excellence and revenue growth across multiple locations. Your leadership will inspire teams, enhance client satisfaction, and drive studio success in Rye Brook and beyond.
Your Key Responsibilities :
- Lead Multi-Location Operations : Oversee the day-to-day operations of the Rye Brook studio while ensuring the success of 2-3 additional locations.
- Achieve Sales Targets : Develop strategies to meet and exceed membership growth and revenue goals across all studios.
- Mentor General Managers : Guide, train, and support General Managers to align with company standards and deliver results.
- Analyze & Improve : Track performance metrics and identify opportunities to improve operations, customer satisfaction, and team performance.
- Build a Positive Culture : Foster a motivating and supportive environment that aligns with StretchLab's mission and values.
- Hands-On Leadership : Conduct regular site visits to assess operations, support staff, and enhance the client experience.
- Collaborate & Execute : Partner with leadership to implement marketing strategies and community outreach initiatives.
