StretchLab is seeking personal trainers, massage therapists, dance / yoga / pilates / barre instructors, physical therapist, athletic therapist, kinesiologist, and other related fields to join our team in Peachtree Corners. This is an amazing opportunity to gain experience in a new modality that is taking the fitness industry by storm.
Position :
Our Flexologists will provide one-on-one assisted stretches as well as assist on the front desk end of the business.
Responsibilities :
Deliver one-on-one assisted stretch sessions (25 or 50 minute)Encourage and motivate clients throughout stretch sessionsManage client care by delivering best-in-class stretching experiences, updating notes consistently, and booking recurring appointmentsBuild StretchLab membership and retain current clienteleEnsure the safety of clients in regards to proper stretch techniques and enforce StretchLab policies and safety rulesAttend staff meetings and required educational presentationsHandle member concerns when applicableAssist Sales Associates and General Manager with studio tour and sales as neededMaintain strong social media presenceClean and maintain all equipment in order to ensure it is available for client use at any given timeRequirements :
Preferred Background : Personal Trainer / Physical Therapist / Athletic Therapist / Kinesiologist / Massage Therapist / Pilates, Yoga, Dance, Barre Instructor or related fieldFitness or related certification / degree requiredLove of boutique fitness environment is a must passion for stretching, mobility, and flexibilityExperience working in a fitness / health environment where you provide hands-on training with a client (preferred)Ability to create a positive and welcoming environment to all peopleFantastic communication skills exuding empathyPassion to connect with people and help them achieve their mobility goalsMust have a professional work ethic, be reliable, and adhere to our attendance policiesAvailable to go through our 3 day Flexologist Training Program (including 20 hours of online tutorials and 3 days of in-person / hands-on training)Compensation & Benefits :
