πŸ’Ό Position: Director of Sales

As the Director of Sales, you will be a key driver in achieving our revenue goals and expanding our market presence. In this pivotal role, you will oversee all General Managers across our locations, providing strategic direction and support. You’ll lead and mentor our sales team, develop strategic sales plans, and implement effective strategies to maximize membership growth and retention.

πŸ” Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
  • Lead, train, and motivate the sales team to reach and exceed sales goals.
  • Oversee all General Managers, providing guidance and support through weekly one-on-one meetings.
  • Analyze sales performance data to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create and implement effective promotional campaigns.
  • Foster relationships with key stakeholders and drive membership sales through various channels.
  • Monitor and report on sales metrics, adjusting strategies as needed to meet targets.
  • Oversee the development and implementation of sales training programs and materials.
  • Manage and support the growth of our sales team, ensuring alignment with company values and goals.
