StretchLab Southlake is looking for a unique hybrid role to help grow our team! This role will be responsible for in studio sales & member engagement functionality as well as stretching and retaining a book of clients. We are looking for someone who can work with our General Manager to drive revenue at the studio for 20 hours a week as well as carry a book of clients for 20 hours a week for a total of 40 hours/wk commitment. This person must have sales experience, ideally in a fitness environment, and be certified/licensed/degreed in any of the following areas: Personal Training, Kinesiology or Exercise science degree, Athletic Training, Yoga, Physical Therapy Aids and Massage Therapy. He/She must be flexible on when they can work including evenings, weekends, and Saturdays.

REQUIREMENTS:
- 2 years of fitness sales or relevant sales experience preferred
- Strong telemarketing skills and customer follow up on the phone
- Ability to manage and drive multiple revenue streams including memberships and retail
- Must have excellent communication and strong interpersonal skills in person and over the phone
- Must be solution-based and results oriented, competitive spirit
- Ability to recognize areas of improvement and make changes using good judgment
- An affinity and passion for fitness
- Professional, punctual, reliable and neat and organized
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Trustworthy and ability to handle confidential information
- Ability to work harmoniously with co-workers, clients and the general public
- Proficiency with computers and Studio software
- A minimum of 2 years’ experience working in a fitness/health environment where you have provided hands-on training with clients.
- Availability to go through our Flexologist Training Program, which includes 20 hours of online tutorials, 2 days of in-person/hands-on training and 20 hours of practice of what you have learned.

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
