What You’ll Do:

As a Flexologist, you’ll work directly with clients, providing one-on-one assisted stretch sessions designed to alleviate tightness, improve movement, and prevent injuries. Our Flexologist Training Program (FTP) will equip you with StretchLab’s proprietary methods, ensuring you can deliver effective, safe, and personalized stretching sessions.

Core Responsibilities:
    •    Conduct personalized, one-on-one assisted stretch sessions based on each client’s unique needs and goals.
    •    Engage with clients in a motivating, friendly, and professional manner to build trust and provide an exceptional experience.
    •    Educate clients on the benefits of stretching to support their overall wellness journey.
    •    Work collaboratively with the StretchLab team to create an inclusive, positive studio atmosphere.

Who You Are:

We’re looking for fitness professionals who are:
    •    Certified or experienced in fitness, bodywork, or wellness fields (personal trainers, massage therapists, athletic trainers, yoga/Pilates instructors).
    •    Passionate about wellness and client service, with a commitment to helping people feel their best.
    •    Eager to learn StretchLab’s specialized methods and apply them effectively.
    •    Team-oriented and energetic, thriving in a positive, wellness-focused studio environment.

Qualifications:

    •    Certification in personal training, massage therapy, or related wellness field (preferred).
