What We're Looking For : We're seeking passionate individuals to join our team of Flexologists at our Westport, CT location. Whether you're an experienced fitness professional or just starting out, if you have a love for movement, stretching, and flexibility, we want to hear from you! Our Flexologists come from diverse backgrounds including Personal Training, Physical Therapy, Yoga, and more. Growth-minded candidates who are eager to develop their skills with us are highly valued.
The Role : As a Flexologist, you will deliver one-on-one assisted stretch sessions to our members, educate clients on the benefits of stretching, assess their mobility, and provide exceptional customer service. You will also assist in building our membership base and promoting future visits and membership options.
Training and Development : Upon hire, you will undergo our comprehensive Flexologist Training Program, which includes approximately 30 hours of training through in-studio sessions and webinars. Expert guidance from our Master Instructors will equip you with the skills needed to excel in your role. Training expenses are covered by us, and you will be paid for your training time!
What We Offer :
- Pay Range : $24 - $28 per hour
- Flexible Shifts : Part-time (20-29 hours) and full-time (30-40 hours) available
