StretchLab in Sun Prairie is looking for a Sales Customer Service rockstar to join our team as a part-time Sales Associate. This individual will work closely with the Studio Manager to oversee sales, customer service and operations. The immediate need is for afternoons / evenings Mon - Fri.
The ideal candidate will have proven experience in direct sales (does not have to be in fitness area) and understand how to maximize every opportunity to drive sales revenue and grow memberships. The ideal candidate will have a passion for fitness and an understanding of the boutique fitness environment within their community. S / he will be personable, efficient and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

POSITION :
The ideal Studio Manager will oversee all Studio functionality from sales to instructors and will report directly to the studio owner.
REQUIREMENTS :
- Must be a self-starter, able to work independently and collaborate with studio owner.
- Ability to manage and drive all revenue streams from membership sales to retail.
- Excellent communication and strong interpersonal skills in person, on the telephone and via email.
- Ability to excel in a fast changing, diverse environment.
- Ability to recognize areas of improvement and make changes using good judgment.
- An affinity and passion for fitness.
- Fluent with various social media platforms.
