StretchLab Stamford is looking for Licensed Massage Therapists (LMTs) to join our team as Stretch Practitioners (Flexologists) —helping clients move, feel, and live better without the physical burnout of traditional massage.

Position : Licensed Massage Therapist – Stretch Practitioner

Location : Stamford, CT

Compensation : $24 - $28 / hour tips & commission

Employment Type : Part-Time & Full-Time Positions Available

What You’ll Do :

As a Stretch Practitioner, you will :

Work 1-on-1 with clients to improve mobility & reduce tension

Create customized stretch programs based on movement assessments

Educate clients on flexibility, mobility, and recovery benefits

Enjoy a low-strain environment —no deep tissue work, no burnout!

Who We’re Looking For :

We’re seeking Licensed Massage Therapists (LMTs) who :

Want to continue helping clients feel better—without the physical strain

Have strong anatomy & bodywork knowledge and love movement therapy

Are passionate about holistic health, fitness, and recovery

Requirements :

Active LMT license in Connecticut (required)

Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and movement mechanics

Excellent communication & client education skills

Interest in continued education & career development
