Your Role and Responsibilities:

• Partner closely with the General Manager to drive and exceed studio membership sales goals.
• Engage prospects and leads, confidently guiding them through introductory experiences and converting them into committed members.
• Effectively manage follow-ups, ensuring every lead is nurtured and every membership opportunity maximized.
• Represent and advocate for StretchLab's unique value proposition, offering tailored tours and personalized recommendations.
• Maintain a high-energy presence, proactively networking and engaging in community events around Columbia, MD to amplify studio visibility.
• Keep the studio atmosphere welcoming, clean, and reflective of the exceptional wellness experience we provide.

Your Qualifications:

• Proven experience in membership sales, ideally within boutique fitness, wellness studios, or similar environments.
• Exceptional interpersonal and customer service skills with a natural ability to build rapport and trust.
• Demonstrated success in achieving and surpassing sales targets.
• Strong communication skills; bilingual ability is a valuable plus.
• Technologically savvy, familiar with sales CRM systems and eager to master MindBody software.
