As a Sales Associate, you’ll play a key role in growing our community by driving membership sales and delivering exceptional service. If you love working in a fast-paced, wellness-focused environment and enjoy helping people achieve their fitness goals, we’d love to meet you!
🔍 Responsibilities:
   •   Connect with prospective clients, promote StretchLab’s services, and schedule introductory sessions.
   •   Give studio tours while building rapport and identifying client needs.
   •   Manage front desk operations, including greeting and checking in clients.
   •   Follow up with leads and maintain a strong personal sales pipeline.
   •   Represent StretchLab at local community events to increase studio awareness.
   •   Help maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming studio environment.
   •   Collaborate with team members to foster a positive and motivating atmosphere.

   •   Excellent communication, customer service, and sales skills.
   •   Goal-driven with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
   •   Comfortable using studio management software (training provided).
   •   Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
