💼  What You’ll Do as a Sales Associate:
- As a key member of our team, you’ll play a vital role in growing our studio and delivering outstanding client experiences. Your responsibilities include:
- Engaging with potential clients to promote StretchLab’s services and schedule introductory sessions.
- Conducting studio tours to build connections and understand clients’ individual needs.
- Managing front desk operations, including greeting and checking in clients.
- Following up with leads and maintaining a strong personal sales pipeline.
- Participating in local community events to increase awareness and attract new members.
- Ensuring the studio is clean, organized, and welcoming for all clients.
- Collaborating with the team to create a positive, motivating studio atmosphere.

We’re searching for friendly, driven candidates who excel at customer service and sales:
- Exceptional communication skills and a talent for building relationships.
- Goal-oriented mindset, with a proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets.

- Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
