What You'll Do (and Love!)
- Lead Transformative Stretch Sessions: Personalize one-on-one assisted stretches that reduce pain, boost flexibility, and improve quality of life.
- Become a Trusted Mobility Expert: Educate clients on recovery, posture, mobility, and functional movement—you'll be their go-to guide and motivator.
- Foster Lasting Connections: Create an inspiring and supportive environment that clients love—and keep them coming back for more.
- Be an Ambassador for Wellness: Represent StretchLab Columbia by collaborating with the sales team and helping turn visitors into loyal, lifelong members.
- Commit to Continuous Growth: Sharpen your skills through ongoing education, advanced certifications, and real-world experience alongside a dynamic team.
What Makes You a Perfect Fit
You're more than a fitness coach—you’re a movement specialist who’s deeply committed to helping people thrive. Your expertise, empathy, and enthusiasm make you an irreplaceable asset to our team.
Required Background:
- A degree or certification in Kinesiology, Exercise Science, Sports Medicine, Human Movement, or a related field
- OR a current certification from NASM, ACE, NSCA, ACSM, ISSA, AFAA, NESTA, NCCPT, NFPT, or NCSF
- OR a professional license as a Physical Therapist, PTA, Massage Therapist, Chiropractor, or Athletic Trainer
- OR a credential in Yoga, Pilates, Barre, or Dance with training in human anatomy
Bonus Points if You Also Have:
- CPR/AED Certification (or are willing to obtain it)
- 1 year experience working directly with clients in fitness, wellness, or therapy
- A deep understanding of anatomy, biomechanics, and functional movement
- Exceptional communication skills and a positive, team-first attitude
- A passion for hustling, learning, and having fun while doing it
