Summary
Get paid between $21 - $28 per stretch!! As a Stretch Practitioner at StretchLab Libertyville, you will play a vital role in delivering one-on-one assisted stretching sessions tailored to each client's needs. Your expertise will help clients improve their flexibility and achieve their wellness goals in a supportive and engaging environment.
Responsibilities:
- Consistently deliver exceptional one-on-one assisted stretch sessions and high quality of service
- Encourage and motivate clients throughout stretch sessions
- Assist sales associates and Studio Manager with first visits to convert prospect clients into members
- Help build StretchLab membership and retain current clientele
- Develop, achieve and maintain stretch plans and goals with clients
- Ensure safety of clients regarding proper stretch techniques and enforce StretchLab policies and safety rules
- Create and maintain high quality and detailed follow up notes after each client visit
- Attend staff meetings and required educational presentations
- Handle member concerns when applicable
- Provide superior customer service that reflects a culture of care
- Clean and maintain all equipment in order to ensure it is available for client use at any given time
Qualifications:
- Love of boutique fitness environment is a must – passion for stretching, mobility, and flexibility
- Fitness certification required
- Experience working in a fitness/health environment where you are providing hands-on training with client.
- Ability to create a positive environment that welcomes all people.
- Fantastic communication skills and exudes empathy
- Must love connecting with people and have passion for helping them achieve goals.
- Must have a professional work ethic, be reliable, timely and adhere to our attendance policies.
- Must be available to go through our Flexologist Training Program, which includes 20 hours of online tutorials and 2 days of in-person/hands-on training.
