As the General Manager of StretchLab Rye Brook, you will be responsible for overseeing all studio operations, managing a team of dedicated professionals, and driving membership sales. Your leadership will be vital to the success of our Rye Brook studio as we establish ourselves in the community.
🔍 Responsibilities:
- Lead the daily operations of the studio, ensuring exceptional customer service and client satisfaction.
- Drive membership sales through effective marketing strategies, community engagement, and relationship building.
- Manage and mentor a team of sales associates and Flexologists, providing ongoing training and support.
