We are seeking a highly skilled professional to join our team and provide sales management, strong leadership and communication skills, and personalized one-on-one stretching sessions. You will work closely with clients to assess their individual needs and develop customized stretching routines based on our 36 stretch protocols. You will be trained and certified on our PNF stretch protocols upon hire.

Responsibilities:

-Manage daily sales activities for the studio and report to the corporate sales support staff and ownership team.
- Conduct one-on-one consultations with clients to assess their specific needs and goals.
- Implement PNF stretching techniques to enhance flexibility, range of motion, and muscle recovery.
- Offer guidance and education on proper form and technique to ensure the effectiveness and safety of stretches.
- Track and monitor client progress, adjusting programs as needed to achieve optimal results.
- Maintain a clean and safe working environment within the studio.
- Communicate regularly with clients, staff, and ownership to provide ongoing support and motivation.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends.

Requirements:
- Minimum of bachelor's degree in exercise science or related field.
- Proven experience in providing one-on-one stretching sessions to clients of diverse backgrounds and fitness levels.
- Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and biomechanics.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients.
- Ability to adapt stretching programs to accommodate individual limitations and health conditions.
- Passion for promoting wellness and helping clients achieve their goals.

Pay: $15.00 - $30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 15 – 40 per week
