Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the Financial Planning and Analysis Manager to deliver data-driven insights into financial and operational performance.
• Research and identify operational trends impacting business performance.
• Prepare, consolidate, and analyze financial management reports.
• Assist with budgeting and forecasting processes.
• Monitor, track, and report on marketing expenditures.
• Support commission accrual and payment activities.
• Prepare ad-hoc financial analyses and reports.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or a related field.
• 1-3 years of experience in financial planning and analysis or a similar role.
• Familiarity with NetSuite software.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and strong analytical skills.
• Experience presenting and communicating data, analyses, and findings.
• Ability to work independently and within a team.
• Flexible, collaborative, and positive work style.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Solid understanding of accounting principles and financial statements.
• Acute attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.

The annual salary for this role is currently $60,000.00-$70,000.00. The Company’s salary ranges are determined by role, level, location and alignment with market data. Individual pay is determined through interviews and an assessment of various factors, including job-related skills, relevant education and experience, abilities of the applicant and equity with other team members. The salary range listed here is subject to change at any time, at the Company’s discretion, and does not alter in any way the at-will nature of the employment relationship.
