Senior Software Engineer

This is a hybrid role based in the San Antonio, Texas area, offering the flexibility to work both remotely and on-site. We are seeking a highly skilled Full Stack Developer with expertise in .NET Core and React to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in both front-end and back-end development, with a passion for creating robust and scalable web applications

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and Maintain Web Applications: Design, develop, and maintain web applications using .NET Core for the back-end and React for the front-end
• Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Work closely with product managers, designers, and other developers to deliver high-quality software solutions
• Code Reviews and Best Practices: Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to best practices in software development
• Performance Optimization: Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability
• Troubleshooting and Debugging: Identify and resolve performance and scalability issues
• Stay Updated: Keep up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies to ensure our applications remain cutting-edge

Required Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
• Experience: Minimum of 10 years of experience in full stack development

Technical Skill:

• Proficient in .NET Core and C#
• Strong experience with React and JavaScript/TypeScript
• Familiarity with RESTful APIs and web services
• Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases
• Knowledge of version control systems (e.g., Git)

Soft Skills:

• Excellent problem-solving skills
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices
• Knowledge of containerization technologies like Docker and Kubernetes

The annual salary for this role is currently $160,000.00-$175,000.00. The Company’s salary ranges are determined by role, level, location and alignment with market data. Individual pay is determined through interviews and an assessment of various factors, including job-related skills, relevant education and experience, abilities of the applicant and equity with other team members.
