Stribling Equipment, LLC is one of the largest John Deere Dealerships selling new and used construction, compaction, forestry, and concrete equipment in Mississippi, West Tennessee, and Arkansas. We also provide parts and service, as well as rental equipment, and training services. Due to continued growth, we are looking for an experienced Compact Construction Equipment Sales professional to join our team in the Little Rock market as a Territory Sales Manager. The territory will consist of Faulkner, Garland, Pulaski and Saline counties.

About the position
The purpose of this position is to sell, rent or lease compact construction equipment, meet customer needs while growing market share, maintaining acceptable levels of gross profit, and reaching sales targets. This position is responsible for business development with established customers and developing new customers with continuous prospecting efforts. The Territory Manager will increase sales growth and market share within the assigned territory by utilizing CRM Tools and executing the Territory Business Plan.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities:
- Manage Territory to maximize sales coverage to achieve sales coverage goals
- Increase Hardline and Compact Equipment Market Share in assigned territory by making job site calls, office calls and attending association meetings
- Expected to work well independently and communicate effectively with Sales Management and inside Sales Coordinators
- Execute Territory Business Plan and complete sales plans, sales reports, daily call reports, expense reports, and formulate bids on new and existing jobs and projects
- Products include: compact excavators, compact track loaders, skid steers and compact wheel loaders
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree or above desired; experience may be considered instead of education
- Previous outside sales experience is preferred; however, a background with industry-related skills, knowledge, or experience will be considered
- Knowledge of compact equipment is beneficial
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and can work effectively with a variety of different people
- Ability to multi-task, stay organized, and be flex
- Proficient use of computers and software such as Microsoft Office Suite and other web-based applications
- Professional, courteous, with a customer-centric attitude
- Valid Driver’s license required: overnight travel required
