Our Lube Technicians need to be team players, detail-oriented, and strive for customer satisfaction with each customer. As a lube technician, you will be responsible for changing oil on customers vehicles while following our service procedures.
Qualifications:
- Emissions Inspectors license is not required but beneficial
- Valid driver's license is a must
- Customer service background required
- Ability to use a point of sale system is required
- Great attitude is a must
Responsibilities and Duties:
-Change oil following our procedure
-Communicate with our customers with respect
-Keep the service center clean
-Contribute to a positive culture and positive working environment
Specific Overview:
Your primary role as an employee of Strickland Brothers is to satisfy our customers. It is imperative that you understand how serious we take our customer satisfaction core value.

- To be on time for work
- To wear a clean company uniform at all times
- Complete Strickland Brothers University with-in 30 days of being hired ($50 bonus at completion)
