Pay: $13.00 - $15.00 per hour

Shift: Day shift (5-day work week including weekends)

We are looking for an Oil Change Technician to join our team!

JOB SUMMARY

The lube technician is an entry position in Strickland Brothers Oil Change. Under the leadership of the Store Manager, this role will support the operation’s process to satisfy customer demands for Strickland Brothers Oil Change. In addition to some normal production duties and the day-to-day support of the business, the lube technician works in various positions to gain an overall knowledge of company’s operations and processes.

• Change oil adhering to Strickland Brother procedures.
• Be respectful when communicating with customer.

CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, EXPERIENCES

• Valid driver’s license required.
• Customer service 1 year (Preferred)
• Oil change service 1 year (preferred)
• State inspection License (preferred)

Language Skills: Ability to read and comprehend written and oral English instructions.

Work Environment:

While the job is generally performed in a shop environment, the associate is occasionally exposed to hot, wet and/or humid conditions, areas in which moving mechanical parts, fumes, toxic or caustic chemicals are present, and outside weather conditions. The noise level in the shop environment is typically quiet, but the associate may be occasionally exposed to loud noise levels.
