Store Manager - Crew Chief

Strickland Brothers 10 Minute Oil Change is one of the fastest growing quick lube companies in the entire country. Requirements:

· 18 years or older

· Valid driver’s license

· Background check

· Reliable transportation

· Work minimum of 50 hours per week

Responsibilities:

· Manage and facilitate daily shop operations including opening and closing on time

· Provide a customer experience above industry standard and maintain high review ratings

· Think critically to resolve issues as they happen in real-time; think proactively to spot potential issues before they arise

· Ability to conduct interviewing, hiring, training, counseling, developing and termination of teammates

· Train your team to perform light duty maintenance on customers’ vehicles

· Enforce all policies and procedures

· Creating a positive work environment for staff

· Partner with Area Manager to set goals and review performance

· Ability to effectively communicate verbally and electronically using Microsoft Outlook and Teams

· Manage customer relations

· Maintain accurate inventory

· Cash management of daily bank deposits

· Create weekly schedules and manage labor

· Monitor and track in shop performance goals

· Ensuring compliance with safety and health regulations

· Ensuring a clean and visually pleasing store environment
