About the Role
As a Customer Service Representative, you’ll play a key role in handling damage claims, resolving customer complaints, setting up fleet accounts, and ensuring customer inquiries are addressed efficiently through various communication channels, including phone, email, and online platforms. You’ll also help manage Strickland Brothers’ online reputation by thoughtfully responding to negative reviews, showcasing our commitment to excellent service.
What You’ll Do:
- Manage Claims: Process and follow up on damage claims with accuracy and a solutions-oriented approach.
- Resolve Customer Complaints: Address customer concerns promptly and professionally, ensuring a positive resolution.
- Answer Inquiries: Provide timely and accurate information to customers via phone, email, and chat regarding services, pricing, and appointments.
- Set Up Fleet Accounts: Assist in establishing and managing fleet accounts, ensuring accurate setup and smooth communication with business clients.
- Respond to Reviews: Monitor and respond to negative reviews online, addressing customer concerns with professionalism and a focus on resolution.
