What We’re Looking For:
- Licensed & Equipped Professionals: Valid driver’s license and ownership of a reliable truck, snow plow, or sidewalk snow removal equipment.
- Dependable & Available: Ability to respond promptly during snowstorms, including late nights, early mornings, and weekends.
- Experienced Operators: Previous experience using snow removal equipment to ensure quality and efficiency.
- All-Weather Readiness: Comfortable working in challenging winter conditions, including snow, wind, and freezing temperatures.
- Use your own equipment to clear parking lots and sidewalks of snow and ice.
- Spread salt on sidewalks (using your equipment or by hand) with materials provided by Lansing Lawn & Snow. Salt application for parking lots will be handled in-house by our team.
- Conduct quality checks to ensure all work meets company and client expectations.
- Maintain detailed records of completed jobs, ensuring compliance with company procedures.
- Flexible Schedule: Work when storms occur, with the freedom to accept jobs that fit your availability.
- Competitive Pay: Earn $95.00 to $110.00 per hour, reflecting your skills and experience.
