Warehouse Supervisor

MONTGOMERY: Warehouse Supervisor

Compensation:

· $25.25/Hourly

Schedule:

· 8:00AM – 5:00PM (1 Hour Lunch)

· No weekends

Duties/Responsibilities:

· Routing trucks for deliveries

· Receiving stock

· Assist with loading trucks

· Pull orders; place stock in proper inventory area; prepare product for shipment; ensure correct number and product type is loaded and shipped

· Occasional back-up driver; must have clean driving record

· Move inventory with stand-up fork lifts, electric pallet jack, order picker – experience required

· Record, report, and return defective items

· Maintain organization and cleanliness of the warehouse

· Maintain and perform daily inspections on warehouse equipment

· Perform reasonable requests by a supervisor or manager

Required skills/abilities:

· Class A drivers license

· Strong decision-making skills

· Proficient and comfortable with computer work

· Understand warehouse policies & procedures

· Excellent organizational and time management skills

· Accurate – attention to detail

· Strong interpersonal and customer service skills

· Clear communication skills

· Must be able to move up to 100lbs at a time

· Must be able to engage in repetitive motions (lift, kneel, pull, push, reach, stand, walk) for 8 or more hours a day

· Must be able to pass a background check, drug screen, and DOT medical screen

Education/Experience:

· High Diploma or equivalent required

· Warehouse (2 years)

· Forklift (2 years)

· Logistics routing software *not required but helps*
