Key Responsibilities
Equipment Maintenance & Repair
- Perform maintenance and repairs on our fleet of tractors, trucks, trailers, implements, and facility.
- Utilize checklists and documentation.
- Think critically about repair and maintenance processes, asking questions when clarification is needed and providing input on ways to improve.
- Ensure all tools and work areas remain clean and organized after use.
Equipment Operation
- Operate farm equipment safely, following all procedures and instructions.
- Identify and report issues immediately.
- Depending on experience, take ownership of key field operations like fertilizer application, tillage, planting, spraying, harvest, or assist with these tasks while gaining the necessary skills.

Qualifications
- Experience in agriculture or other hands-on industries is valued, but not required. The right mindset—willingness to learn and align with our values—is what matters most
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
Compensation & Benefits
- Compensation: $60,000 - $100,000 per year, depending on ability and performance.
