Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Service Representative to join our team. This role is essential in providing exceptional client services and ensuring customer satisfaction. Duties

• Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat, ensuring a high level of customer support.
• Provide accurate information regarding products and services to clients.
• Analyze customer needs and offer appropriate solutions or alternatives.
• Handle outbound calling for follow-ups and feedback collection.
• Maintain detailed records of customer interactions in our office management system.
• Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette while communicating with customers.
• Collaborate with team members to improve processes and enhance the overall customer experience.
• Assist in troubleshooting issues and resolving complaints effectively.

Experience

• Previous experience in customer service or client-facing roles is highly desirable.
• Proficiency in computer systems and software applications related to customer service operations.
• Strong typing skills required
• Strong analytical skills to assess situations and provide suitable solutions.
• Familiarity with office environments and practices will be beneficial.

Must have a valid drivers license and clean driving record.

Must be able to drive a manual transmission vehicle.

Pay: $20.00 - $24.00 per hour
