The Non-QM Trading Analyst is responsible for assisting with managing the reporting for correspondent lending, administering trades, monitoring exposure, and reporting production.
Principle Duties And Responsibilities
- Manages seller and investor pipelines and execution.
- Manages analytical models and data; updates models, standardizes data, creates reporting scope for monitoring, and communicates to operations.
- Builds competitive analyses, models, and reporting.
- Monitors third-party pricing systems.
- Assists in the execution and documentation of loan purchases.
- Calculates proceeds, approves fundings, and creates and communicates trades.
- Assists in the execution and documentation of loan sales.
- Prepares, organizes, and communicates trades, reconciles investor pricing, confirms pricing with sellers, and sends documentation for execution.
- Assists in the management of clients and investors.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE
- Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, mathematics, data analytics, or a related field, required.
- Proficiency in excel and data management.
- Knowledge of financial analysis, data interpretation, and statistical modeling.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills to convey complex market information to stakeholders.
- Diligent, responsible, smart and able to clearly communicate.
- Ability to explore creating efficiencies through technology.
