Our sister company, Stride Health Services, operates under the Global Health Link umbrella and specializes in delivering personalized Adult Rehabilitative Mental Health Services (ARMHS) to adults with a mental health diagnosis.
As a Mental Health Practitioner, you'll provide essential rehabilitative services to adults living with mental health challenges. Your work will involve offering guidance, support, and practical assistance to help clients achieve psychiatric stability, develop social skills, enhance emotional well-being, and gain independence.
You'll collaborate closely with the ARMHS Program Manager and Clinical Supervisor to deliver high-quality services under the ARMHS program.

- Earning Potential: Receive 40 cents per minute of drive time and additional paid time for documentation. Receive 50 cents per mile if transporting a client.

How You’ll Make A Difference:
- Client Services: Teaching mental health skills and developing recovery and rehabilitation goals with clients.
- Collaboration: Coordinate with case managers, families, medical staff, and other providers to support client progress.
- Therapeutic Relationships: Build strong client connections and offer clinical interventions under professional supervision.
- Community-Based Support: Deliver services at various locations, maintain positive community relationships, and refer clients to additional resources as needed.
- Documentation: Maintain and update client files, treatment plans, and assessments in compliance with DHS guidelines, using Electronic Health Records.
- Professional Development: Attend meetings, workshops, and supervision sessions, contributing to team decisions and agency initiatives.
- Transportation: Use reliable personal transportation with valid insurance to travel between client locations.
This role requires maintaining professionalism, ensuring confidentiality, and staying informed about community resources and agency programs to support clients effectively.

Qualifications – DHS Requirements for ARMHS Practitioner To join our team, you should meet one of the following criteria:
- Master's Degree in behavioral sciences or a related field.
- Bachelor's Degree in behavioral sciences or a related field with relevant practicum or internship experience plus 30 Semester Hours or 45 quarter hours in behavioral sciences, or 2,000 hours of supervised experience.
- 4,000 Hours of supervised experience working with mental illness or substance abuse disorders and emotional disturbance, traumatic brain injury, or developmental disabilities..
What You’ll Need to Thrive:
- Trained to work with adults, including those with cognitive impairments.
- Knowledgeable about mental illness effects and community resources.
- Able to work independently, manage stress, and adapt to flexible schedules.
- Proficient in clinical documentation systems (e.g., Procentive).
- Strong communication, decision-making, and crisis management skills.
- Capable of creating reports and identifying client needs and treatment goals.
- Comfortable working with diverse populations.
- Basic computer proficiency and fluency in English required.
- Efficient in organizing and executing daily plans.
